Ci sono servizi regolari di autobus per Eminönü da diverse zone di Istanbul. È possibile raggiungere Eminönü in tram da Kadıköy e Üsküdar con i vaporetti City Lines, da Üsküdar con Marmaray, da Kabataş a Bağcılar-Kabataş con il tram (linea T1) e da Taksim con la funicolare per Kabataş.
